Resident Manager/Superintendent for 89 unit Residential Building on 51st Street and First Avenue in Manhattan. There are 11 staff including a concierge. New construction (2003) with natural gas and #2 oil dual fuel heating and fan coil unit air-conditioning/heating.
Qualified candidates will be efficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
